Stand Up For Yourself is a two-day comedy workshop for women who are ready to turn life’s toughest moments into laughter. Led by powerhouse comedian, writer and activist Mandy Nolan, this trauma-informed, feminist workshop helps participants transform stories of struggle, stigma and survival into stand-up gold. Learn joke writing, performance skills, and the radical art of taking your power back — one punchline at a time.
